Synopsis:
The gang of the incarcerated Boss Deever, tries to blackmail the judge by kidnapping his daughter's dog Danny. Mr. Terrific witnesses the dog being taken and follows the crooks to their hide-out. He is captured and tied up, but Danny chews through the ropes. Mr. Terrific then apprehends the gang and returns Danny.
