Synopsis:
Batman goes undercover to Gotham prison as Whitey Harlan to learn why the paroled convicts there don't return to crime. Inside prison he meets Alan Channing, the prison chaplain. Channing has been helping prisoners turn their lives around. Batman also stops a prison break and learns the location of some stolen loot. When the mystery is solved, Batman puts the real Whitey in jail and recovers the loot for police.
