Synopsis:
Batman and Robin join the manhunt for four escaped felons. They learn that the crooks have stolen a truck containing radioactive material and have become contaminated. Batman trails them to an abandoned police fair lot, but even though then are in danger, the crooks refuse to surrender. Batman uses the gadgets and devices on the island to trap the crooks and get them to a doctor before the radiation kills them or contaminates anyone else.
