Synopsis:
Signalman escapes prison and takes the new identity of the Blue Bowman. Using archery skills learned in prison from former Green Arrow foe Bulls-Eye, the Bowman takes on Batman. While Batman is initially stopped by the trick arrows, he uses a variety of special batarangs to disarm and defeat the Bowman.
