Synopsis:
Batman and Robin perform an underwater salvage of some dangerous explosives. However, they stay down too long and will get the Bends if they surface to quickly. They are forced to live inside a pressurized submarine for two days while they recover.

Slant Stacey, a jewel thief, takes advantage of Batman’s situation to perform several robberies. Despite needing to remain underwater, Batman foils Stacey’s plans. Finally, Stacey lures Batman out of the water to stop him. Batman uses a robot instead, apprehending Stacey without costing him his life.
