When Pin-Ball sends a machine to Sylvester's father, Mr. Pemberton, the Star-Spangled Kid and Stripesy interrupt the robbery. However, the heroes are defeated and taken prisoner.
Pin-Ball takes the Kid and Stripesy back to his lair where he forces them to play pinball for their lives. Sylvester discovers that the game is fixed. Realizing the situation, he evens out the game, then beats it. The Kid and Stripesy then track down the crooks. This time Pin-Ball and his gang are defeated.
