Comments:
Beginning with this story the name of the Silent Knight's nemesis changes from Sir Oswald Bane to Sir Edwin. Since Brian Kent's father was known as Sir Edwin, it can be assumed that the writer confused the two names. Subsequent stories continue to use the name Sir Edwin, but for the purposes of this index, he shall be referred to by his original name, Sir Oswald.
Synopsis:
When a Robber Baron threatens to steal a shipment of jewels, Sir Oswald sends them along with Lady Celia unguarded and without her knowledge. When Brian Kent learns about the shipment, he worries for Celia and decides to act as her guard. Before he can reach her, he receives word that she has been captured by the Robber Baron. Brian then dons the armor of the Silent Knight and rescues her and the jewels from the baron's castle. He successfully saves them both, though Celia begins to notice that the mysteriously familiar.
