Synopsis:
Firefighters are called to the scene of a fire which turns out to be a false alarm. Several kids have triggered the fire alarm as a prank. When a real fire breaks out at the home of one of the firefighters, the fire truck races to the scene. They arrive late, but Batman is on the scene to rescue trapped victims.
After the fire is extinguished, fire investigators find that one apartment was untouched. Inside they find Joey, the younger brother of firefighter Frank who has brought back a magic idol from Vietnam. The idol seems to be responsible for the fire and the spared apartment. When the idol is triggered again, it begins to glow, but Batman smashes it to save the day.
