Synopsis:
Two hoods shoot a security guard and frame a narcoleptic man, Silas Pettigrew. Silas is angry that his narcolepsy has created problems for him throughout his life; he blames the Sandman. Sandman though tries to help Silas clear his name by finding the real crooks. They are successful and in the process, Silas is cured of his narcolepsy.
