Synopsis:
Aquaman and Mera take an undercover assignment for the U.S. government on an island resort. The couple is attacked by two agents of the criminal organization known as O.G.R.E. Though Aquaman defeats the intended assassins, he is captured by O.G.R.E.'s chief, the Supreme One.

Using an underwater saucer, the Supreme One uncovers a hidden cache of atomic rockets which he intends to turn over to a foreign power. When his buyer double-crosses him, Aquaman escapes.

Mera summons the Navy to deal with the foreign agents while Aquaman pursues the Supreme One. The two O.G.R.E. assassins, Typhoon and Huntress, have switched sides and lead Aquaman to their leader's secret facility beneath the resort swimming pool. The leader is exposed as the resort manager, and Aquaman returns to Atlantis with his wife.
