Doctor Psycho's appearance in this story presents some continuity inconsistencies. Doctor Psycho did not debut until 1943. The other Wonder Woman stories published during this era occur in 1942. As this story already presents Psycho as an established villain, it must be assumed to take place out of sequence with the other Wonder Woman stories published at this time. It should be assumed to take place in 1943, sometime after Doctor Psycho's debut in Wonder Woman #5.

Sgt. Rock's appearance is also inconsistent with established continuity. This story takes place on Earth-2, while the majority of Sgt. Rock's adventures have been established on Earth-1 (due to his occasional guest appearances with Superman and Batman). Therefore, this story officially introduces an Earth-2 version of Sgt. Rock and Easy Company.
