Synopsis:
Batman holds a contest where new crime-fighting inventions are submitted in an attempt to win a scholarship prize. Batman tests each of the final four inventions against crooks. Each of the first three look promising, but they have serious drawbacks. The final invention, the Bat-Kite, helps Batman with aerial photography and combat. The kite and its inventor Jeff Keating are awarded first prize.
