Synopsis:
Aquaman and Aqualad agree to have an underwater olympic games between the Pacific and Atlantic oceans. Aquaman leads the fish of the Atlantic side, Aqualad the Pacific. The media covers the events and salvage expert Bart Horval watches as well.
Aquaman’s side is favored and takes a commanding lead, but the Pacific team stages a comeback. During the salvage competition, Aquaman’s team turns back and forfeits the event. The Atlantic team also loses the relay race in which they were heavily favored. Aqualad and the Pacific team win the olympics.
Later, Aquaman and his Atlantic team push a meteor from a patch of seaweed into a deep hole. The meteor is kryptonite. Aquaman spotted the meteor during the salvage competition and his team threw the events that would take them near it. Aquaman feared that Horval would see it and sell it to criminals to use against Superman.
