Synopsis:
A mysterious figure known as Siva threatens six crime bosses and forces them to give up control of their organizations. When one of them refuses, the crime lord is killed. Siva then supplies the others with scientific devices to aid them in crime.

Mike Delany and his mob use an anti-gravity machine to commit various robberies. Tarantula tries to intervene. When one of the gang is caught, he is killed by his own man to silence him. Tarantula eventually tracks down Delany and his gang. Delany is killed, but not before giving Tarantula Siva's name.
