Synopsis:
The Blaster, a criminal demolitions expert, is paid to destroy a dam by a foreign agent. Robotman suspects the dam might be in danger, so he guards it. Robotman stops one sabotage attempt, then is nearly killed by dynamite. He survives by using newly installed rockets in his back. He then begins chasing the Blaster, who is killed by his own explosives.
