Synopsis:
While Superman and Jimmy Olsen join the Newsboy Legion and the Hairies to test a new solar-phone, the Project is attacked by a four-armed creature which feeds on nuclear energy. Superman tells the others to stay behind while he goes to fight the four-armed terror. The Newsboys and Jimmy follow anyway. The creature traps them all in a coccoon of energy, then prepares to cause an atomic explosion beneath the city of Metropolis. Simyan and Mokkari celebrate while they hatch another batch of the creatures in the Evil Factory.
