Synopsis:
Plastics manufacturer Alexander Polys approaches mayoral candidate Myra Connelly about his plans to move his business to Hub City. Despite the warnings of Vic Sage, Myra strikes a deal which will ensure that the city will not interfere with the business if she is elected. Vic believes that Polys is involved in illegal arms dealing because his company makes plastic guns.
During a news reporter Vic shows pictures of Robert Leroy Parker, an arms dealer and Polys on television. Augie Lumberg, a limo driver, recognizes the pictures and can connect the two men who met in his limo. Cobb, Myra's shady campaign manager, learns of the connection and sends a hitman to eliminate Lumberg. Vic saves Lumberg, then orders Cobb to leave town. Following the incident Myra breaks her deal with Polys, who escapes prosecution because he has made a deal with the CIA.
