Synopsis:
Space Ranger investigates reports of a space monster. He tracks the monster and discovers it to be an illusion. He lands on a nearby planet where he uncovers a plot to overthrow the leadership of the planet Korth. The illusion was created as a test for a new weapon the rebels plan to use. Space Ranger tries to warn the rulers of Korth. He is apprehended by the rebel leader Koran Dar, but escapes in time to stop the council from handing the planet over to the rebels.
