Synopsis:
Lin Choo, the respected head of the White Lotus Tong in Chinatown is framed for a series of silk robberies. His grandson Stuff meets Greg Sanders who offers to help as the Vigilante. The cowboy and the Chinatown Kid track down the real crooks and expose them as white men. Vigilante is briefly captured and forced to endure Chinese water torture, until Stuff rescues him. Together they expose the Head, the leader of the crooks, as a Japanese spy intent on starting a Chinatown gang war. Vigilante and Stuff then round up the remaining members of the Head's gang.
