Synopsis:
The Newsboy Legion start their own newspaper to raise money for a playground. Crooks threaten the boys when they plan an expose on crime. When the boys persist, the crooks frame them for crimes. The Newsboys' reputation is ruined until Scrapper figures out the scheme and alerts the Guardian. The Guardian breaks up the gang and exonerated the Newsboys. The boys then sell their newspaper to a newspaper mogul and resume their careers selling papers.
