Synopsis:
Sheriff Chase receives a telephone call from wealthy Carlton Meade who believes his life is in danger. The phone goes dead, so the sheriff and Bobo visit Meade's mansion. Meade has been murdered and has hidden his will. Bobo locates the will in a birdhouse, but a small piece is missing. When Bobo tracks down the missing piece, one of the house guests tries to kill him. Bobo subdues his attacker and recovers the missing piece. The will proves that Meade's brother Stephen was the killer since he was cut out of the will.
