Synopsis:
Sheriff Chase and Bobo take a fishing cruise. Also onboard the ship is a rich snob, Dan Davis, who makes several enemies. When the sheriff finds Davis murdered, he questions the crew and passengers. No one admits to the murder. Bobo continues to fish, which puzzles Chase.

That evening, a masked man attacks Bobo while he continues to fish. Bobo eludes the man and captures him. When the sheriff arrives, the man is unmasked as the first mate, Haskell. Bobo then pulls in a fish with a wad of money in its mouth. The mate killed Davis, stole his money, and hid it inside a fish tied to the boat. Bobo knew the money was there and was trying to retrieve the fish.
