Synopsis:
Ma Hunkel, dressed as the Red Tornado, rescues Dinky and Sisty from Tubbs Torponi. She phones the police to make the arrest. When the police chief takes credit for the rescue, Hunkel confronts the chief at the police station in front of reporters. Unaware that Hunkel is the Red Tornado, Scribbly wishes he could have seen the hero in action.
