Synopsis:
When Sisty is chases by a local bully, Ma Hunkel becomes the Red Tornado to stop him. The bully seeks help from the police who have orders to arrest the Red Tornado. They chase Hunkel to the local zoo. Ma puts the costume onto a gorilla who then leads the police on another chase. When the gorilla is exposed, the police end their pursuit believing that they've stopped the real Red Tornado.
