Synopsis:
While at the beach, Bobo and lifeguard Harry Todd find a man murdered in the water. Sheriff Chase investigates and learns the man is Brad Walker, a restaurant owner. The sheriff begins questioning Walker's associates including Glen Halliday, a man who had gambling debts to Walker. Halliday has an alibi, but Bobo continues to investigate on his own. Bobo finds diving equipment that links Halliday to the crime. Halliday tries to kill Bobo, but the Chimp is able to capture him. The evidence gathered by Bobo helps to prove that Halliday killed Walker by swimming underwater.
