Synopsis:
L.J. Decker hires Stretch Skinner to protect him from a group of killers. When Stretch arrives at Decker's apartment, he finds Decker has already been murdered. Stretch himself then becomes a target as the thugs think he was a witness and could identify them.

The killers come after Stretch, but he escapes. Stretch then learns that Chips Carder is the gang boss responsible, so he visits Carder's casino. The killers apprehend Stretch and explain that Decker was killed because he beat the casino at their own rigged games. Wildcat then arrives in time to rescue Stretch. Carder's casino is shut down, and the gambling boss is jailed.
