Synopsis:
Robotman investigates reports of a ghost dog that has frightened farmers. Robotman discovers Stubs Morgan has painted an ordinary dog with luminous paint to scare the farmers away, so that his gang can rob them. Robotman is defeated by the crooks, who dismantle him. Robbie helps Robotman put himself back together. Restored to his rightful self, Robotman then apprehends Morgan and his gang.
