Synopsis:
Rex becomes a news photographer for Danny's cousin Arthur. While getting pictures of a parade, Rex takes a picture of escaped convict George Throop. When the film is developed, Rex leads police to Throop's apartment. The convict flees, but Rex chases him down, getting pictures of the chase on the way. After Rex makes the capture, Rex's photos are used by the newspaper.
