Synopsis:
The Clock escapes from prison and vows revenge on Robin. He the proceeds to commit thefts based on intervals of time. He steals a second and a minute, then lure Robin into a trap where Robin in kept for an entire day. After escaping the trap Robin enlists the aid of members from his fan club to locate the Clock. When the Clock tries to commit a robbery based on a month, Robin finally succeeds in capturing him.
