Synopsis:
Ultra is summoned to assist against an alien who is hypnotically luring the population of Pluto to another dimension with a flute. Ultra battles the Piper, but the villain uses a variety of tricks to escape. Ultra then disguises himself as Ace Arn and pretends to be one of the Piper's victims. When he learns that the Piper intends to bring the people to populate another dimension under his rule, Ultra resurfaces. Piper transports everyone to the alternate world, but Ultra saves them and in the process the Piper is stranded alone without a means of escaping his own planet.
