Synopsis:
Wally West returns home after being cured of the effects from the alien meta-gene bomb. However, he has lost his powers. He soon learns that Mason Trollbridge has assumed the identity of his old mentor the Clipper and is trying to fight crime. Despite his lack of powers, Wally tracks down Mason and tries to convince him to stop.

Mason and Wally then fall under the attack of Abra Kadabra. Wally hides, which causes the 64th century magician to give up pursuit. Instead he goes after Chunk. When Chunk tries to use his powers, Abra Kadabra separates him from his singularity. Wally and Mason arrive to help Chunk. When Mason nearly runs the villain over with a truck, Abra Kadabra vanishes. When he does his spell wears off, returning Chunk to normal.
