Synopsis:
With the help of Tina and Jerry McGee Wally West tries to recreate the accident which gave him super speed. They construct a chamber which combines chemicals and electricity. Wally enters the chamber. When he comes out he finds that his powers have been restored. To test his new powers, the Flash decides to run to Los Angeles and back. When he starts running, his speed causes a sonic boom. The ground beneath his feet is torn asunder, and it bursts into flame. Wally's friends are injured by the blast. When they recover, they are left to wonder what happened to the Flash.
