Synopsis:
Manhunter travels to Gotham City in search of the new Sportsmaster. The search leads him to Victor Gover, a football player recently caught using steroids. Batman is on the case also. Both heroes attempt to catch Gover, but their methods clash, and they briefly fight one another. Eventually, Batman catches Sportsmaster, but he gives the arrest to Manhunter who intends to collect the bounty on the crook.
