Synopsis:
Sandman and Sandy investigate the disappearance of a young couple in a haunted forest. They find that the couple has fallen over a cliff and rescue them. The plants in the forest are all rubber and electrically controlled.

Sandman finds that crooks are using the forest as a hide-out. He locates their base and destroys it. The creator of the jungle, Nightshade, is apparently killed in the battle.
