Synopsis:
Bruce Gordon attempts to salvage a wrecked Nazi submarine from the ocean floor. The sub contains a sea creature formed from electric voltage and a failed Nazi experiment. The creature breaks loose and exhibits criminal behavior when it reaches the mainland.

Bruce and Professor Bennett pursue the creature. An eclipse causes Eclipso to separate from Bruce. When the creature threatens Bruce, Eclipso must act to save his counterpart or risk being destroyed himself. Eclipso battles the creature using the powers he gained from the Moonstone. He eventually prevails. Then Eclipso is tricked with a light blast causing him to merge with Gordon again.
