Synopsis:
The Boy Commandos travel to South America with their new teammate Tex to investigate a series a cattle robberies. El Gaucho is the likely suspect for the theft, but he eludes capture. Rip shows the local ranchers that the bandit is stealing the cattle using an airplane. Rip and the boys then travel into bandit territory where Rip challenges El Gaucho. Rip triumphs in their duel and the bandit is arrested.
