Synopsis:
Crazy-Quilt returns using coded radio messages to communicate with his men. The Boy Commandos are unable to locate the crook, so they set a trap for him. Crazy-Quilt expects the trap and eludes capture, taking Brooklyn and Tex prisoner in the process. The boys are taken back to Crazy-Quilt's hide-out, where Brooklyn is able to secretly signal Rip using the crook's radio. Rip comes to the rescue, and Crazy-Quilt is caught by police.
