Synopsis:
The wedding of Rex Mason and Sapphire Stagg is interrupted by Urania Blackwell, a secret agent who has duplicated the process Rex used to become Metamorpho. Blackwell, now called Element Girl, recruits Rex to help stop the Cyclops organization led by her old boyfriend Stingaree. Using their elemental powers, Metamorpho and Element Girl penetrate the Cyclops headquarters. Stingaree uses advanced weapons to battle them. Rex manages to stop the villian, but not before he starts a flood that endangers thousands of people. Rex halts the flood. Element Girl is apparently killed, but Simon Stagg plans an attempted revival.
