Synopsis:
Grodd has escaped from Gorilla City. Solovar, the city’s head scientist, contacts the Flash to help find Grodd. Flash runs to Gorilla City and learns that Grodd has retained his force of mind abilities.
Grodd has taken refuge in an underground world of the Bird-People. He has used his force of mind ability to control them and force them to attempt to conquer humanity. Grodd also has developed a devolutionizer ray which he plans to use on Solovar and the Flash.
Flash, with Solovar’s help, has traced Grodd to the underground world. Grodd is able to trap his foe in a crystalized state with the devolutionizer. Flash manages to crack open his crystal shell and escape. He then defeats Grodd and frees the mentally controlled Bird-People.
