Synopsis:
Wally West awakens at his home in Blue Valley. He recalls a dream that he had in which he became Kid Flash, Flash’s protégé. As he rushes to get to school on time, he discovers that it was not a dream, and he really does possess super-speed.
Wally is worried because some of his friends have joined a gang known as the Crimson Crows. Wally observes them as Kid Flash hoping to prevent any trouble. The Crows have a rumble with a rival gang, the Golden Eagles. In the course of the fight, a forest fire is started. Kid Flash puts out the fire using his powers. The gangs agree to change their clubs into athletic groups as a less destructive rivalry.
Wally writes a letter to his mentor explaining his adventure. He hand delivers it at super-speed to Flash’s home.
