Synopsis:
Green Arrow arrests Dipper Danbury for murder. Professor Million reads the story and pieces together the evidence to clear Dipper. Then he sends his conclusion to Green Arrow. The archer ignores the letter because he wants Danbury to reveal the real killer.

When Professor Million sees that Green Arrow has ignored the evidence, he decides to break out Dipper, whom he believes was framed. He joins with Slugs and Muggsy to rescue Dipper, only afterward learning the truth about Green Arrow's plan. Slugs was the real killer, but Green Arrow stops him. Professor Million promises not to interfere again.
