Synopsis:
Johnny and Tubby take a vacation aboard a river boat. Crooks try to rob the boat, but Johnny Quick chases them away. During the fight, Tubby falls overboard and is later found by the crooks. They plan on getting a ransom for him later, so they keep him on a shantyboat under the pretense of a job.

When the crooks try to pull another robbery, Johnny is there to stop them. This time he follows them back to their hide-out. Though he is initially captured, Johnny breaks free and forces the crooks to surrender. He rescues Tubby in the process.
