Synopsis:
Wildcat and Stretch Skinner visit Stretch's uncle in Seeleyville. The town is run by crook Oswald Seeley, who is trying to rob the ranchers. Stretch organizes a meeting of the ranchers, so Seeley sends armed gunmen to break it up. Wildcat stops them, but since Seeley is also the sheriff, they aren't arrested.

Wildcat then sets a trap for Seeley. First he has the ranchers invite Seeley to a banquet, then he robs the town bank and frames Seeley. Wildcat calls the state police to investigate the robbery. Seeley claims that he was at the banquet, but the rest of the town denies that the banquet actually happened.

Seeley is eventually turned in by his own men when he double-crosses them. The state police arrest Seeley, and the town is free. The ranchers then rename the town, Wildcat.
