Comments:
This story is narrated by Stretch Skinner.

Synopsis:
Stretch Skinner begins a story in which he and Ted Grant attend a party held by Mr. Doughville. During the party, Stretch exposes Killer Perkins who has disguised himself as a prince. When the police arrive, Stretch deduces that they are imposters too, led by Mr. Waffles. A fight ensues involving Stretch and Wildcat against Waffles and his men. Waffles escapes when the host Mr. Doughville knocks out Stretch and Wildcat.

Stretch pursues Waffles to a hotel. Waffles issues a challenge to Skinner, which leads to another fight. Once again, Stretch and Wildcat defeat Waffles. A beat cop arrives, but instead of arresting the crooks, he plans to murder Skinner. Doughville and woman also arrive to protect Waffles.

Stretch claims to have deduced the motives for each of characters, but then realizes he can't figure it out. As a result Stretch is unable to finish his wild story. Listening to the story, Ted Grant mocks Stretch for coming up with such an unbelievable tale.
