Synopsis:
A criminal doctor performs surgery on his partner Hadley which allows him to survive underwater and duplicate Aquaman's powers. Hadley begins a series of robberies for which Aquaman is initially blamed. Aquaman seeks to clear his name, so he plans a trap for the phony. He follows the imitation back to the doctor's boat. He then captures the doctor and defeats Hadley.
