Synopsis:
At a public appearance of Green Arrow and Speedy, some crooks pour a substance into the archers’ quivers. When the crooks are making a getaway at a robbery later, the archers show up but miss with their arrows. The same events are repeated at the scene of the next robbery. The substance on the arrows has a repellent property to a substance that the crooks have coated their car with.

At the next robbery, the bowmen are forced to use an improvised bow and arrow. This time Green Arrow’s aim is true. The crooks getaway again, but Green Arrow realizes what has happened. When the crooks strike yet again, the archers are ready with new arrows not coated with the substance. The crooks are apprehended.
