Synopsis:
A gang of crooks begins a crime spree using specially designed lenses to aid them in their robberies. The lenses are initially effective at stopping the pursuit of Green Arrow and Speedy, but the archers recover in their second encounter and use ink arrows to blot out a blinding lens.
