Synopsis:
Charles Guppy is habitually late for everything. His uncle Oswald tries to change Charles's behavior by offering him a million dollars provided he can be on time for a month. Charles does his best to succeed, but Oswald's business partner, Percival Link, sabotages Guppy's efforts. Zatara helps Charles overcome Link's tricks. He exposes Link's involvement and turns him over to the police. Charles overcomes his tardiness problem and earns his million dollars.
