Synopsis:
Superman is curious what life would be like if he did not have powers. As an experiment, he hypnotizes himself, which removes his powers for 24 hours. Without his powers, Superman catches a cold and is beaten by three crooks. The crooks blame him for the crime, and the police arrest him.

Superman is put in a jail cell. Using his ordinary skills, he manages to escape. Superman finds the crooks again. He loses the fight again, but his powers return in time for him to apprehend them. From the experiments, Superman learns that every man special talents that can be developed.
