Synopsis:
The prison van carrying the Toyman is run off the road by a masked man. He frees the Toyman and sets him up at a novelty store. After the breakout, witnesses who testified against the Toyman are murdered. Toyman contacts Superman and explains that he is not the killer. Superman discovers that Arnold Langs, one of the witnesses and the first victim, is the real killer. He stole jewels and pinned the crime on the Toyman. After Superman apprehends him, the Toyman uses a captive Lois Lane to distract the Man of Steel and make a getaway. Superman rescues Lois and still has time to return Toyman to prison.
